An account lets SnapBack save your streaks, XP and titles and sync them across your devices. You can sign up with email and password, or with Google.
If you choose Google Sign-In, SnapBack requests only your name, email address and profile picture. We use them solely to create and sign in to your SnapBack account. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendar or any other Google data.
SnapBack never asks for your Snapchat username or password and never connects to Snapchat. We do not sell your personal information. Streak details are entered by you.

SnapBack is intended for users 13 years of age and older, consistent with Snapchat's own minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SnapBack mobile application (the "App," "SnapBack," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SnapBack, consistent with Snapchat's own minimum age requirement. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf where required by law.
SnapBack is a companion app that helps you manually track Snapchat streak deadlines, earn in-app rewards for consistency, and optionally connect with friends within the App. SnapBack does not connect to, integrate with, or automate any Snapchat account. All streak information is entered manually by you and is not verified against Snapchat's actual systems. We are not responsible for the accuracy of streak information, or for any streak that is lost on Snapchat itself regardless of what SnapBack shows.

You retain ownership of any content you provide through the App, such as your display name, profile photo, and personal notes about your streaks ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it solely as necessary to operate the App's features (for example, showing your profile photo and display name to friends you've added).
You are solely responsible for the User Content you provide, and you agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
The App, including its design, features, graphics, and original content (excluding User Content), is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Snapchat" and related marks are trademarks of Snap Inc. and are used in this App and its materials solely to describe compatibility and purpose, not to claim affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
SnapBack relies on third-party services to operate, including Supabase (backend and authentication) and, if you choose to use it, Google Sign-In. We may also use third-party analytics and/or advertising services. Your use of these integrated services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.
SnapBack is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that streak deadline reminders will always be delivered on time or at all. You use the App at your own risk, and you remain solely responsible for keeping track of and maintaining your actual Snapchat streaks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapBack and its developer(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of a Snapchat streak, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to use the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the App or other users. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; if we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
